User Experience Commitment

At Dreamchallenger, we are committed to delivering exceptional user experiences. However, there are specific scenarios that require clarification:

Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. However, Dreamchallenger may, at its discretion, permit a Player to cancel a transaction and receive a refund under the following conditions:

• The player can cancel the payment by sending a written request to Dreamchallenger from the registered email address; or
• If the cancellation request is received at least 2 days before the round's commencement, the payment may be refunded.

Refunds, issued at the discretion of Dreamchallenger, will be processed after deducting any applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Players may need to agree to additional terms and conditions at the time of the transaction, with such terms prevailing in cases of conflict.

Refunds are processed using the same mode/financial instrument as deposits and may take up to 5-7 working days for processing by the internal review team.

All winnings are subject to tax deductions ("TDS") under the Income Tax Act 1961, with details documented in TDS certificates provided to winners. Other applicable taxes, such as income taxes and gift taxes, must be paid by the winners.

Dreamchallenger reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
